The moving new song was inspired by the passing of Billingsley’s mother and offers a timeless message of comfort, hope, and the promise of our Heavenly home. With tender lyrics and heartfelt emotion, “Truly Home” beautifully acknowledges the bittersweet nature of the holidays—when joy and celebration are often mingled with the ache of missing loved ones.

Billingsley will bring the spirit of the season to life on his upcoming 14-city Christmas tour, performing on some of the nation’s most iconic stages, including Carnegie Hall, Liberty University, and the Kennedy Center.

Reflecting on the inspiration behind the song, Billingsley shares:

“The holiday season is full of so much joy and laughter! But for many, it can also be a time of sadness—especially for those who have recently lost a loved one. I’ve experienced that same mix of joy and sorrow. I wrote this song for my mom, and I pray it encourages and blesses you this Thanksgiving and Christmas.
