“We sometimes get too busy and occupied with what we lack, need and want, that we forget to praise him for what he has done in our lives and how he has been so faithful to us. Ps. 103:1-2 says Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.
And as a result of this, we forget He is still able to do exceeding abundantly above all we could ask or think, he is God, omnipotent, unchanging, unfailing, promise keeper, faithful, gracious and full of mercies.
I pray this song birth in us a grateful heart, thanking God and giving glory to Him for all that he has done and reminding us that whatever it is that he has promised us, it will surely come to pass. He is a covenant keeping God.”
