Omosola Fiberesima is a heart-driven creative, builder, and dreamer dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and businesses in the creative sector through consulting, coaching, and training. With a focus on assisting women transitioning from longstanding professions to their passions, Omosola leverages her extensive educational background, including degrees in Lifelong Learning, Business and Management, and an MSc in Career Management and Coaching from the UK. Her transformative work has led a start-up to become a six-figure venture at the Bloomsbury Institute Student Guild.
Omosola has made significant contributions to academia, including publications in The International Journal of Management Education and presentations at various conferences, establishing her as a thought leader. She holds certifications in diverse creative disciplines such as Hair Dressing, Cake Decorating, Fashion Design, Soft-Furnishings, and Balloon Display, and has taught over 1000 learners in post-compulsory and adult education settings like Adult Learning Lewisham. Her innovative approach introduced a GCSE Equivalent in Balloon Display and Cake Decoration in compulsory education, earning recognition from former Prime Minister Tony Blair.
A Certified Balloon Artist (CBA), Omosola also fosters professional development in the creative industry through tailored business skills training. She is deeply involved in community building, evident from her radio shows and the podcast “Unleash Ur Cre8tivity”. As a certified Five Lens People Development Practitioner, an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, her enhanced people skills were honored with a community award for supporting mental well-being and academic engagement during the pandemic.
In her personal life, Omosola enjoys reading, engaging with nature, advocating for AI activism, and volunteering in church and community projects, focusing on alleviating loneliness among the elderly.
