Our Community Commitment
We recognise that many communities face increasing challenges, including poverty, loneliness, low confidence, poor wellbeing, limited access to opportunities and digital exclusion.
Young people and adults can also face barriers around communication skills, self-belief, creativity and pathways into employment or education.
Our commitment is to respond in practical and positive ways through accessible programmes that build confidence, strengthen skills, reduce isolation and create meaningful opportunities.

What We Do
Media Makers
Our youth media programme gives young people hands-on experience in radio, podcasting, presenting, interviewing and digital content creation.
Participants develop communication skills, teamwork, confidence and practical experience while exploring future career pathways in media and technology.
Community Spotlight
We highlight local individuals, grassroots groups and organisations making a positive difference.
By amplifying community voices, we encourage civic pride, connection and recognition.
Multicultural Week
A celebration of culture, identity and belonging through music, storytelling, conversation and shared experiences.
This initiative helps strengthen community cohesion and cross-cultural understanding.
Youth Voice & Leadership
We create spaces where young people can share ideas, discuss issues affecting them and build leadership confidence through media and engagement.
Creative Opportunities
