A UK-led team were delivering supplies to a church in Ukraine, when a residential area just 900 metres away was shelled by Russian forces.
The Great Commission Society’s CEO Tony Anthony was at the small church to the North West of Kiev when the devastating attack happened.
Mr Anthony, from UK, and his team had been delivering a convoy of much-needed supplies to churches in the Ukrainian capital.
The shell left a huge crater and devastated nearby apartment blocks and at least one man was killed.

Last month (February) Russian forces launched an attempt to invade Ukraine and millions of refugees have fled the fighting.
The Great Commission Society, which is a global Christian organisation, has been part of the massive humanitarian operation on the Western border of Ukraine.
Once they’ve delivered supplies and aid in Ukraine they then fill their vehicles with some of the people trying to get to the border.
In the interview, Mr Anthony appealed for help and prayer as he revealed the scale of the massive humanitarian operation that is ongoing to help the millions of people affected by the conflict.
“There are so many things to pray for,” said Mr Anthony, “but the immediate thing to pray for is peace or a ceasefire.
“There’s an enormous refugee crisis…they need support and not just short term hand outs.
“You can help, you can pray and if you’ve got any means then you can donate.
“Also, we need man power. Is there anybody out there who would like to join our co-ordinated operation.
“We also need medical supplies…there are so many needs.”
