In describing the inspiration behind her debut single ‘With You’ Ama had this to say ……‘After a gray phase in my life, I entered a new period when things were falling all in place for me, it seemed like I had the midas touch. Won awards, got a promotion at work, had favors, a lot of things came easy for me but then I started meditating on all that and knew I was experiencing the work of grace and that in spite of all I see happening around me, the best and most profitable place to be is in His Awesome Presence’
Ama is a music minister and worship leader, a singer and song writer for many years . She has written a few songs for some renown gospel recording artists and she has ministered both locally and internationally, a blessing to many. She is the Pastor-in-charge of music at their home church, The Place of Grace Port-Harcourt, Nigeria. She has led choirs and been part of various music teams including Pureheart Music. She is married to another God-lover, Dr. Lawrence Kuroshi, they have three children. Her debut single ‘With You’ comes with a burst of freshness and new verve. Her love for God radiates through the song and carries with it a heartfelt message about the joy of God’s presence.
