I remember when I was fresh out of the University and I had dreams and visions to change the world. Remember those lofty ideas you had anybody? I can remember how ideas popped up every morning without my asking. The few places I worked at felt my freshness, my desire to change how things were done…to change society and cause positive advancement. As the days passed and I got into the motions of a job life, I unconsciously or subconsciously relegated them to some closed and dark recesses of my mind…the box is already so dusty I am afraid to even go close to it, scared of the judgement that will face me when I see the lines…the visions…the dreams that I have made plain for myself and discarded. Anyone reckon?
I am however grateful for the mercies of The Creator. For I have seen in this short stay of mine dreams and visions that have been cut short and had no time to develop or even bud. I take it as a second chance to do right by the dreams and visions that God has given to me. Its time for me to BEGIN AGAIN.
Are you in any way at that place where you have forgotten…discarded…abandoned your dreams in that inner recess of your mind? Take the courage to go into that dark place and get the dust and webs off that box…off that ‘book of dreams & visions’…if you cannot find it (like I heard recently listening to Terri Savelle-Foy), WRITE THEM again and keep them before your eyes. Determine to do something about them. BEGIN AGAIN, set GOALS towards achieving these dreams and begin pushing yourself towards them.
If you are still here in this dimension, there is a purpose for your stay. But it is your choice.
