Perfect Love. A collective of London based Christian singers, songwriters and musicians have teamed up to create an urban music collective ‘The Pilgrims’. ‘Perfect Love’ is their exciting debut single released today on all major platforms.

 A fusion of progressive music with hip hop, pop and electronica influences, ‘Perfect Love’ is the narration of a rescuing from a dark place of depression and fear by the power of God’s love.

The group started writing songs together for church before deciding that they also wanted to create songs that address issues that people face within and beyond the four walls of the church. With 1 in 6 people in the UK experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety and depression in any given week, The Pilgrims hope that ‘Perfect Love’ will be a song of awareness, acceptance, encouragement and hope for many.

 Dele Adekanmbi, member of the collective and former musician who has toured with the likes of The Chipmunks, Tinchy Stryder, Ron Kenoly, Travis Green and more said:

“We really want to write intentional songs that address real life issues faced by so many of us in this time. Writing as a collective means that we’re able to draw on each other’s experiences. Our desire is to introduce the love of God to people who don’t know that He is always there for them regardless of what they go through.”

‘Perfect Love’ was co-produced by Dele and Chuks. It will be available for download and streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon and all other major digital outlets.
