This song is so dear to me and is my heart’s cry daily to God. I was at a point in prayer where all I could say was “You are my desire”, because I have found that nothing else can fill the thirst, the hunger and the space inside. No matter what we do or seek, only Jesus can truly satisfy.
I felt God’s presence heavily and closer than the very air i breathe. I realized in that moment, nothing else touches the heart of God more than a heart that truly pants after HIM. Not what he can give, or what he can do, but just HIM.
Then I started writing this song, with help from my wife (Augustina Ojo) & little sis (Eunice Ojo). I pray as you listen, your heart will be connected to GOD and the fire of his love will be rekindled in your heart.
I am so grateful to have my dear sister and friend – Christiana Washington be a part of this song. Our connection was so divine, she is such a sincere, unique, humble and anointed worshipper! One of the best I’ve ever worked with! STAY TUNED!
