2023 sees Ryan partner with Platoon for his new record “True,” which is set to race to the top of the Step FWD UK Christian Charts. The introspective acoustic driven track seamlessly interweaves themes of disappointment, mistrust, heartbreak, and selfish ambition; taking listeners on a journey that ultimately leads to a renewed commitment to God.

With lyrics reminiscent of Jonathan McReynolds “No Gray,” Hylton heartily sings “…. Christians are so confused, to be righteous is hard to choose. Our life needs to reflect you…”

“I believe that music has the power to heal, inspire, and connect people on a profound level,” says Ryan Hylton. “With ‘True,’ I wanted to create a song that reminds us of the beauty and strength in authenticity. It’s about embracing our true selves and sharing love with the world.”

Not one to be boxed in by musical style or genre, Ryan’s distinct brand of “life music” sets him apart from his peers, perfectly positioning him for longevity in the industry.
