About New Wine

New Wine Church is a non-denominational Christian megachurch in Southeast London. The church originally met in a leased facility. They then purchased and renovated one of four historic cinemas in Woolwich. The 3,000-member church occupies the former Coronet cinema complex and overlooks the Woolwich Ferry, right in the centre of a busy cosmopolitan township.

As a community-impact orientated church, New Wine open their doors to the homeless, providing support and feeding them with a full English breakfast every Saturday. For the past 15 years they have also provided Christmas hampers to those in the community who are on low-incomes and in difficult situations. The Church also runs services in French and Bulgarian for bi-lingual members of the community.
