FREEDOM HEART RELEASES OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO FOR “COME IN”
Written by Sunny Unachi on 31st August 2026
Freedom Heart has released the official music video for “Come In” on YouTube, giving a visual dimension to the song’s deeply personal journey from woundedness and isolation toward surrender, healing and belonging in God’s love.
The video release follows strong early response at Christian radio. After being released to radio on August 18, “Come In” debuted at No. 1 on Christian Radio Chart’s weekly chart on August 24, 2026.
Written by Zelda Nera Hutzenbeler and Lin Yi L Chen and produced by Nate Yake, “Come In” is a vulnerable prayer that invites God into the places of the heart marked by pain, rejection and regret. The song begins in a place where hope and even the words to pray seem difficult to find, then gradually moves toward surrender as the repeated invitation, “Come in, come in,” becomes its central worship refrain.
The song’s progression is reflected both lyrically and musically, growing from an intimate expression of woundedness into a fuller declaration of healing and restoration. Its bridge turns directly to the Holy Spirit, asking Him to wash away what has been hidden and lead the heart from rejection to redemption, and from running to belonging.
Freedom Heart is the artist name of singer-songwriter Lynn Chen, whose music centers on themes of truth, freedom and hope for those wrestling with identity, emotional struggles and difficult circumstances. Her music has generated more than 400,000 YouTube views, while previous single “Plans” also achieved Christian radio chart success.
The No. 1 debut of “Come In” adds another milestone to Freedom Heart’s growing radio story. With the release of the official music video, listeners now have another way to experience the song’s invitation to open even the most wounded places of the heart to the healing, acceptance and belonging found in God’s presence.
